My Weekend

The weekend is my favorite time of the week. It’s different from weekdays because I don’t have any schoolwork to worry about. On Saturday, I usually get up late and then have breakfast with my family. After that, I often help my mom do some housework, like cleaning the room or washing dishes. In the afternoon, I go out with my friends to play basketball or ride bikes in the park.

On Sunday, I spend most of my time reviewing what I learned during the week. Sometimes, I also practice English by reading books or watching English cartoons. Before dinner, my family likes to take a walk together in the neighborhood. It makes us feel relaxed and happy.

At night, I sometimes watch movies or chat online with my cousins. The weekend gives me enough time to rest and enjoy life. I always look forward to it!
